We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Fluence, we are a global market leader in energy storage products and services, and we are currently transforming the way the world is powered. We are seeking an expert in SAP S/4 Hana Production Planning to help our clients optimize their manufacturing processes and implement robust, efficient solutions. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, and we welcome applicants who are passionate about sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

Assess current client production planning workflows to identify strategic improvements and design tailored solutions using SAP S/4 Hana.
Lead the configuration and implementation of Production Planning (PP) modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet specific business requirements.
Manage large-scale client engagements by monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in both technology and business analysis. We look for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Hana and a deep understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Available-to-Promise (ATP) processes.
Proven ability to lead complex projects, paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred: SAP certification in Production Planning or S/4 Hana, and familiarity with additional modules such as MM, SD, QM, FI, or CO.
