Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives.
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase the impact of our speech-to-speech technology across digital, social, and event channels.
- Provide creative direction from initial concept to final execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our core values.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our positioning based on audience insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals and external agencies to foster a culture of excellence.
- Maintain strict brand consistency and visual identity across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment and influence strategic decision-making.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in brand management or creative direction.
- A proven history of building successful brands within the tech industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns that align with strategic goals.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
