The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Brand and Communications Manager to join our centralized team on a contract basis. In this leadership role, you will work closely with our Head of Brand and Communications to translate our unique value propositions into targeted, engaging content. You will act as a key partner to stakeholders across the business, ensuring our messaging remains consistent while driving brand recognition among job seekers and clients alike. Your work will be instrumental in positioning us as a true industry disruptor.

A day in the life

• You will plan and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies that resonate across both UK and US markets.
• You will lead research initiatives to uncover insights that inform our PR efforts and fuel the creation of compelling, audience-specific content.
• You will collaborate with internal teams to manage our digital presence, including our website and social channels, while coaching and empowering our copywriting team to maintain a high standard of messaging.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with significant experience in brand marketing strategy, media, and content production. You possess a sharp eye for detail and the ability to craft original, engaging copy that adapts to different audiences. Because you will be working in a fast-paced environment, you are commercially astute and highly skilled at managing relationships with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time. You are comfortable using CMS platforms to manage web content and are fluent in English. Above all, you are a proactive collaborator who thrives on data-driven decision-making.
