What you bring

As a Senior BizOps Generalist, you will serve as a vital, cross-functional hub that drives our company growth and empowers our team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for managing complex operations across several departments, ensuring that our internal processes are efficient, scalable, and optimized for success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of People Operations by managing payroll, benefits, and the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Collaborating with our legal and finance teams to oversee corporate governance, investor agreements, and financial reporting.
• Serving as the main point of contact for investor relations and supporting our strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

We are searching for a seasoned operations generalist who possesses a deep understanding of the nuances inherent in a fast-growing startup environment.
