What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in the full product lifecycle, helping us build and maintain the cutting-edge technology that defines the future of enterprise asset management.

What will you do?

• Design and architect robust backend systems while utilizing modern design patterns to ensure our platform remains scalable and efficient.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, development leads, and various stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Own the delivery of medium to large-sized features by independently planning, estimating, and executing your work while serving as a subject matter expert for key system components.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong background in software engineering and a passion for building user-friendly digital products. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment and be able to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical team members.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in Python or other modern backend languages.
• Solid experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with NodeJS or React Typescript is a significant plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and a drive to improve both technical and operational processes.
