What you'll be doing

• You will deliver technical solutions both independently and in close partnership with your teammates.
• You will lead technical initiatives, share your expertise to establish best practices, and provide mentorship to help others grow.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems, ensuring we balance scalability and maintainability with our delivery goals.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in backend engineering and a passion for clean, high-quality code. We work in a modern environment, and you will be expected to bring the following skills:

• Proficiency in Go for developing and maintaining our backend and data engineering projects.
• Experience working with data stores such as MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ for queues and internal service communication using HTTP and gRPC.
• Experience with Google Cloud and observability tools like Grafana.
• A deep commitment to quality standards, including writing thorough unit and end-to-end tests.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
