Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our technology department on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position open to candidates located anywhere in the world who are ready to take ownership of our core backend systems, including our Reseller Control Panel and our domain and DNS infrastructure.

Your impact

• Design and build robust software solutions for our domain business by leveraging both PHP and Go.
• Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and services that provide a stable, secure platform for our global customer base.
• Collaborate with the team on quality assurance, including performing code reviews, writing unit tests, and ensuring our systems remain compliant with ISO 27001 security standards.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience in PHP development, ideally using modern frameworks like Symfony.
• Strong proficiency in API development, specifically with REST and gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, MySQL, and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• A solid understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, GRASP, and common design patterns.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
