What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative products that support our artists and marketing initiatives. - Design and implement the next generation of technology for the music industry while working within a highly effective, dynamic team.
- Take ownership of the creation and delivery of innovative products, including full-stack marketing tools and data pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and technical excellence.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, PHP, and SQL, with a strong preference for experience using AWS and Snowflake.
- Solid experience with API development and building data pipelines at scale.
- A bias for action and a proven ability to design efficient, maintainable systems while making sound technical trade-offs.
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to teamwork.
