The opportunity

As a key member of our engineering team, you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and play a vital role in designing the next generation of our platform. You will not just be building features to drive our growth, but also architecting the robust systems necessary to support that scale. Whether you are modeling complex graph relationships between millions of entities or refining our data pipelines, your work will be central to the insights our customers rely on every day. A day in the life

• You will partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to conceptualize and ship impactful new features.
• You will design and maintain scalable platform APIs that serve as the foundation for our various product offerings.
• You will prototype new technology solutions and continuously improve our internal tools, documentation, and engineering processes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with at least 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and you possess a growth mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable working in English and bring the following technical strengths to the table:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep experience working with relational databases.
• A background in building and scaling data pipelines.
• Experience with large-scale data processing engines like Apache Spark.
• A proven ability to manage and model datasets containing tens of millions of entities.
