We are currently looking for a talented engineer to join us in supporting our core Automatic Content Recognition platform. This system is the heart of our business, processing billions of data points daily through a combination of smart TV SDKs, backend matching engines, and sophisticated algorithms.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for a Full Time position. You will play a vital role in maintaining and evolving the infrastructure that powers our content recognition technology, ensuring our systems remain performant and reliable as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain highly scalable systems that prioritize low latency and high throughput using Golang and C++.
- Work closely with our team to plan and implement critical updates to our systems architecture.
- Construct and manage robust data pipelines using Kafka.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in backend engineering, specifically focusing on systems that handle high volume and require low latency.
- Professional proficiency in Golang or C++.
- Practical experience managing high-volume data pipelines with Kafka.
- Strong skills in debugging using tools like GDB or Delve.
- Experience working within AWS environments that utilize Infrastructure as Code.
- The ability to write highly performant concurrent code and clear technical documentation.
