Senior Backend Engineer at Productboard

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our product teams in Prague. At Productboard, we have built a customer-centric product management platform that helps over 5,400 companies, including industry leaders like Microsoft and Zoom, understand user needs and build better roadmaps. You will work in a small, cross-functional team to develop features that provide real value to our global user base.

What you'll be doing

• Build and refine the core data storage and query engine, ensuring our platform remains performant, scalable, and reliable as we grow.
• Develop across the full stack by crafting robust backend systems with Ruby and Kotlin while creating intuitive frontends using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and designers to translate complex customer challenges into practical, high-quality technical solutions.

What you'll bring
