About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our core infrastructure, helping us build intuitive, high-impact features that simplify financial workflows. You will work within a small, talented team to ship code that directly affects how thousands of companies manage their capital. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy backend code for core product features, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and scalable.
• Collaborate closely with our frontend and product teams to create a seamless, first-class user experience.
• Address a diverse range of technical challenges across the stack, contributing daily to the evolution of our codebase.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in SaaS environments using Python and the Django framework.
• Deep understanding of backend MVC frameworks and web technology stacks, including testing and various libraries.
• A resourceful and agile mindset, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude while navigating complex technical hurdles.
• Strong empathy for both your colleagues and our end users.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus points if you have experience in the Fintech sector or possess a strong background in troubleshooting and optimizing database performance.
