Key outcomes
- Architect and implement robust backend services that address complex healthcare and business requirements.
- Collaborate across teams with product managers, data analysts, and fellow engineers to prioritize and enhance systems for our patients and internal stakeholders.
- Influence product decisions by shaping how data is designed, validated, and utilized throughout the organization.
- Drive technical excellence by implementing best practices in observability, testing, and service maintainability.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative culture centered on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying backend systems.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience developing applications using Python or other Object Oriented Programming languages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively alongside diverse technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience operating and deploying services within a cloud environment, such as AWS or GCP.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, data access, and data storage, including practical experience with relational and columnar databases.
- Fluency in English.
