What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a pivotal role in our growth during a critical time of transformation. You will be responsible for the technical direction of our credit reporting and internal services, working closely with product owners and specialists to shape our roadmap and deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

What will you do?

• Own and lead the development of key features for our next-generation backend services and credit reporting engine.
• Mentor and develop our engineering team by providing professional training, direct feedback, and guidance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient delivery of our product initiatives.

Familiarity with AWS services and database solutions like MongoDB and PostgreSQL is essential for success in this role.
