Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
• Intrinsic motivation and a genuine passion for technology.
• Proven technical proficiency with Python and Flask, AWS, API development, Spark, and SQL.
• The flexibility and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within the fintech sector or at a startup is highly valued.
