Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Platform and Infrastructure team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in LATAM. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical foundation as we scale our data processing and integration capabilities.
Your impact
- Design and own complex software components that drive our platform forward.
- Build robust observability into our systems to monitor performance and ensure reliability.
- Collaborate across teams to execute our product roadmap and establish high-performance engineering standards.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Python backend development.
- Deep expertise in infrastructure management and observability.
- A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and database architecture.
- Proven experience managing complex data flows and integrating with third-party APIs.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our distributed team.
- A product-driven mindset and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
