What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Israel, and we operate with a hybrid work model. You will be a key contributor to our core engineering efforts, helping us maintain and scale our sophisticated backend infrastructure.
What will you do?
- You will join our Core Group to build and extend the fundamental infrastructure of our backend stack, focusing on high-scale data processing.
- You will collaborate with various teams throughout the organization, gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and domains.
- You will ensure our core components utilize the latest industry standards to maximize system performance, stability, and security.

- At least 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in Java, Kotlin, or Scala backend development.
- Deep expertise in microservices frameworks, patterns, and architectural approaches.
- A solid foundation in development best practices and experience managing highly performant, multi-threaded workloads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global team.
- Fluency in English.
It would be a significant advantage if you have experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, OpenSearch, or Prometheus.
