We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an early member of our core team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company direction while working remotely from anywhere. Our team focuses on building user-facing decentralized applications, and you will bridge the gap between web-scale systems, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology. You will collaborate daily with our smart contract engineers, protocol developers, front-end specialists, and AI researchers to ensure our infrastructure remains stable, performant, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the infrastructure and AI endpoints required to support our proprietary models.
- Manage the backend systems that power our decentralized applications, bots, and AI-driven features.
- Integrate Large Language Models, such as Llama3, to improve our AI capabilities by incorporating specific user context.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
- A degree in Computer Science.
- Proven experience with Node.js, Docker, and database management systems like PostgreSQL and SQLite.
- Expertise in caching technologies including Redis and Memcache.
- Deep knowledge of the Python ecosystem, including tools like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Practical experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with comfort in asynchronous workflows and pair programming.
