What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Back End Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence across our ecosystem while working closely with product managers and designers. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Designing and shipping complex features and technical improvements with minimal guidance.
- Providing mentorship to other engineers to foster growth and high-quality standards.
- Diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure our platform remains robust and scalable.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and demonstrate mastery in Ruby on Rails and Postgres. We value candidates who possess a kind, positive mindset and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving. You must be comfortable communicating technical solutions clearly in English and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. While not required, experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Shell Scripting, and Linux is highly beneficial. We are looking for someone who is eager to take ownership of technical challenges and contribute to our long-term success.
