Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will play a critical role in evolving our testing infrastructure and ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the e-commerce industry.

Your impact

• Design and implement robust automation and performance testing frameworks to handle complex end-to-end integration tests for our iOS applications.
• Integrate automated testing directly into our CICD pipeline to streamline deployments and work toward our goal of eliminating manual testing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with our software design and QA teams to refine verification protocols, troubleshoot automation issues, and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building scalable systems. To be successful, you should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in QA automation covering both UI and backend APIs.
• Deep expertise in UI automation using Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Mandatory experience in API automation using tools like Rest Assured or Apache HTTP Client.
• Technical proficiency in performance testing, including scripting with JMeter and BeanShell.
• Familiarity with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and modern data tools like Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Apache Storm.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage complex workflows effectively.
