What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this full-time, on-site role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and lead the design and delivery of features for our internal advisor technology platform. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our business needs and our software development efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough requirements discovery and writing functional specifications.
• Designing complex workflows and facilitating seamless vendor integrations.
• Creating intuitive user experiences that delight our stakeholders and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an optimistic and energetic communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should possess a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, particularly regarding Registered Investment Advisors. You must have a degree in a field such as business, computer science, or engineering, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in platform design. A minimum of 2 years of experience within the Salesforce CRM ecosystem is essential, as is a solid grasp of software development lifecycles and business intelligence tools. We value candidates who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on high-quality, flexible system design.

What we offer
