The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Associate IT Technician to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our systems run smoothly in a predominantly macOS-based environment. You will take ownership of our IT service management, utilizing Freshservice to streamline our workflows and maintain high standards of technical support. This is a perfect fit for a self-driven professional who enjoys a fast-paced setting and wants to play a critical role in our company's daily success.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our hardware and software, using Freshservice for ticketing, asset management, and complex automation workflows.
- You will provide hands-on technical support for our team, including troubleshooting macOS and Windows devices, managing Zoom Rooms, and assisting with A/V needs during executive presentations.
- You will maintain endpoint health and security by deploying patches, managing configurations through Kandji, and ensuring our team stays connected securely via Azure AD and VPN.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented technician with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support. You communicate clearly in English and thrive when working cross-functionally. Your technical toolkit includes:
- Proven expertise with Freshservice for ITSM tasks.
- Strong proficiency in macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience managing endpoints with tools like Kandji.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, and core networking principles.
- A proactive approach to endpoint security and data compliance.
