What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. As a senior member of our team, you will focus on applied Generative AI, moving beyond research to build and operate production-grade, LLM-based systems that are reliable, maintainable, and practical for our platform.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of LLM-based systems, guiding them from the initial design phase through to production support.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered tools, including chatbots, AI assistants, and RAG pipelines that utilize advanced retrieval and generation techniques.
• Ensure system reliability by designing evaluation frameworks, monitoring LLM behavior in production, and addressing performance or scalability challenges.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for our development work.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Git is required to manage our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of LLM architectures, agent-style patterns, and tool-serving components is necessary to help us build intelligent, predictable systems.
• You should be comfortable working in an iGaming environment where high availability and performance are critical.
• Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our global team.
