Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist at GR8 Tech

We are looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At GR8 Tech, we specialize in building high-impact, full-cycle B2B iGaming platforms that empower operators to lead their markets. With a global team of over 1,000 professionals, we provide the robust technology and consulting necessary to support millions of active players worldwide. We are seeking a challenger who is ready to take ownership of our production-grade LLM systems and help us continue to scale our platform.

Responsibilities

• Take full end-to-end ownership of LLM-based systems, including architectural design, implementation, and ongoing production support.
• Develop and maintain advanced AI features such as RAG pipelines, agent-style workflows, and conversational assistants that provide predictable, high-quality results.
• Ensure system reliability by building evaluation frameworks, monitoring performance and costs, and addressing operational challenges to maintain a stable production environment.

Requirements

• A strong foundation in software engineering with proven experience deploying LLM-based systems into production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with RAG architectures, conversational AI, and tool or function calling patterns.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience working in cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, observability, and managing the trade-offs between system latency, cost, and complexity.
• Experience with context or tool-serving systems, such as MCP, is highly valued.
