We are currently looking for a Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our remote team and help us continue our mission of providing life-changing career opportunities to top-tier talent across the western hemisphere.

Responsibilities

Integrate directly into client teams to collaborate with their existing engineers and designers on a daily basis.
Work on specialized projects within our own internal development environment.
Design, build, and maintain complex systems using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for our applications.
Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to libraries as necessary.
Collaborate effectively within an Agile or Scrum framework.
Take full ownership of your tasks and ensure all project commitments are met with high standards.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of professional experience as an Artificial Intelligence Developer.
Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and AI Prompt engineering.
A four-year college degree.
Advanced proficiency in English.
A forensic level of attention to detail and a positive, proactive mindset.
Experience working on large-scale, complex software systems.
The ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
