The role
We are seeking a Senior Architect and Software Engineering Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to build our end-to-end technology infrastructure from the ground up. You will serve as a key technical leader, guiding our strategic decisions and implementation efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Core responsibilities
- Design and manage a robust Azure-based data platform and Microsoft Fabric to ensure data integrity, security, and high performance.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop and execute integration strategies that connect our internal systems with external vendor applications to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for our mission. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience managing enterprise-level solutions like CRM and ERP using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep expertise in the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency with Azure cloud services, data architecture patterns, and CI/CD principles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing vendor or offshore development teams.
- A proven ability to evaluate and implement technology stacks from the ground up, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
