What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Applied AI Scientist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in our engineering and research efforts, using your expertise in NLP, Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to push the boundaries of what is possible. Your work will be based anywhere, and your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of high-quality research projects and innovative ideas.
• Mentoring fellow engineers to foster technical growth and excellence.
• Managing complex research and development initiatives while staying at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology in NLP, TTS, or computer vision.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep experience in machine learning, specifically within the realms of NLP, TTS, or computer vision. You should be comfortable working in a research-heavy environment and possess strong project management skills. We value candidates who have a proven track record of deploying models to production at a massive scale, serving millions of users. Proficiency in Python, along with deep experience in TensorFlow and PyTorch, is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who is not only a talented engineer but also an effective leader capable of growing a research and development team. Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively within our global, asynchronous culture.
