We currently support over 6 million users with our award-winning banking app, which allows families to manage chores, automate allowances, and invest in their future. We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join our team in India to help us build a brighter financial future for the next generation.

Responsibilities

Redesign consumer app experiences using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Develop new product features that prioritize a seamless user experience for families.
Maintain high standards for code quality and app performance.
Author your own functional and unit tests.
Collaborate with our backend team to build robust client and server APIs using REST and GraphQL.
Enhance our engineering processes, tooling, and standards to support reliable and fast releases.
Prioritize modularization, reusability, and system reliability.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of solid experience in Android development.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Kotlin.
Deep understanding of the Android SDK and associated frameworks.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset focused on team success.
A strong desire to master new technologies and grow professionally.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Proven experience building user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
Experience with Node.js, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
A passion for creating reusable solutions that benefit multiple teams.
