What you'll be doing

• You will act as a key business partner, working directly with our teams to translate their needs into effective data solutions that drive smarter decision-making.
• You will build and maintain scalable data models while developing smart data products that empower your colleagues through self-service analytics.
• You will take ownership of our data infrastructure and ensure high standards of data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience working as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools like dbt.
• Proficiency in data visualization, with a preference for experience using Tableau.
• A solid grasp of data modeling principles to ensure our datasets remain structured and efficient.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders by advocating for data-informed strategies.
• A data-first mindset that prioritizes accuracy and reliability in every output.
• Bonus points if you have experience using Python for data engineering and orchestration tasks.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our international team.
