The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the bridge between our complex data infrastructure and the stakeholders who rely on it to make critical business decisions. You will own the design, development, and deployment of the systems that power our product and growth strategies. Whether you are building robust data pipelines, ensuring the quality of our Data Lake, or crafting insightful dashboards, your work will directly influence how our leadership and teams navigate the future of our business.
A day in the life
- You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their unique data needs and translate those requirements into actionable, high-impact analytics solutions.
- You will design and maintain sophisticated data pipelines, ensuring that our internal Data Lake remains a reliable and accurate source of truth for the entire organization.
- You will create and manage intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau, providing clear visibility into product telemetry, user behavior, and overall pipeline health.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. You thrive in complex environments and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Python and SQL, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in both.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud storage and processing, including technical troubleshooting.
- At least 3 years of experience working with data integration tools such as Fivetran or Stitch.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and developing in Tableau.
- At least 2 years of experience working with product analytics solutions like Intercom, Heap, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management and ticketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
