What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Full Time, Remote team. You will be instrumental in building the data foundations that support our company-wide growth. This role is open to candidates located anywhere, though we are currently prioritizing applicants from APAC countries to further our commitment to diversity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining dbt models to provide clean, reliable data for self-service analytics across the business.
• Ensuring high data quality by implementing rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring techniques for our data warehouse.
• Driving a culture of documentation by maintaining data dictionaries and collaborating with stakeholders to translate abstract requirements into effective data solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments. You should possess strong technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and data transformation frameworks like dbt. Experience with data warehouses such as Redshift and visualization tools like Metabase is essential. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of data modeling techniques and experience with CI/CD best practices. You must be fluent in English, as it is our primary language for communication and documentation. A collaborative spirit and the ability to bridge the gap between technical data models and business needs are key characteristics we look for in our senior engineers.

What we offer

We believe in fair, unbiased compensation and offer a base salary range of $43,000 USD to $102,000 USD, depending on your specific location, experience, and skills.
