Senior Analytics Engineer at Mejuri

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team in Canada to help scale our data platform and drive impactful, data-informed decisions across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize complex data models using the Kimball methodology.
• Utilize DBT to build scalable, high-performing pipelines that ensure data integrity.
• Develop intuitive Looker dashboards and self-service tools to empower cross-functional teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready insights.
• Establish and maintain robust data quality frameworks and governance policies.
• Drive platform innovation by mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and advocating for data best practices.

Must-haves

• Extensive experience with SQL and Python for high-performance data manipulation.
• Deep proficiency in DBT and the Kimball methodology.
• Expertise in building and maintaining dynamic dashboards in Looker.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
• Fluency in English.

• Familiarity with other business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
