We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team in Canada to help scale our data platform and drive impactful, data-informed decisions across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize complex data models using the Kimball methodology.
- Utilize DBT to build scalable, high-performing pipelines that ensure data integrity.
- Develop intuitive Looker dashboards and self-service tools to empower cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into production-ready insights.
- Establish and maintain robust data quality frameworks and governance policies.
- Drive platform innovation by mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and advocating for data best practices.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience with SQL and Python for high-performance data manipulation.
- Deep proficiency in DBT and the Kimball methodology.
- Expertise in building and maintaining dynamic dashboards in Looker.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an agile environment.
- Fluency in English.

- Familiarity with other business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI.
