We are currently looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Bitwise, we operate at the intersection of traditional asset management and a fast-paced tech startup. Since our founding, we have grown alongside the crypto market, managing over $15 billion in client assets across a diverse range of investment solutions. Our team of 100+ professionals is dedicated to providing institutional-grade access to the crypto ecosystem, and we are now seeking our first dedicated Analytics Engineer to build and own our Go-To-Market data infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models that streamline our analytical processes and provide reliable, rapid insights for our teams.
- Develop intuitive, high-impact dashboards that empower stakeholders through effective self-serve data solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners to translate business requirements into scalable, long-term data architecture.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data science role.
- Strong domain expertise within Go-To-Market functions, including deep familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and Google Ads.
- Expert-level SQL skills and proven experience with dimensional modeling and analytics engineering best practices.
- Technical proficiency with modern data stacks, specifically Snowflake, dbt, and Segment.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-moving environment.
- A genuine interest in learning about the crypto and investment landscape.
