Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our People Tech team and focus on Talent Acquisition analytics. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional. You can perform this role from Finland or Hungary, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid, onsite, or fully remote capacity.
Your impact
- Develop and maintain high-quality reporting and metrics for our Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with our partners at DoorDash.
- Manage data integrations and pipelines that power our data warehouse, Looker models, and dashboards using a modern tech stack including Python, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, and BI tools.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights regarding recruiter productivity, time-to-hire, and candidate diversity to drive data-informed decision-making.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience working as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or technical Data Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, modeling, and modern BI platforms.
- Comfort using tools such as Airflow and Kafka to manage large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will frequently interact with internal stakeholders and global team members.
- A proactive mindset that enjoys asking the right questions to solve ambiguous problems.
