The role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to Manager to join our Cyber team in Brisbane on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role suited for an experienced professional who is ready to take on complex governance, risk, and compliance engagements. You will play a key role in our growth by delivering strategic advice and practical solutions to our clients.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and quantify gaps in cyber resilience, maturity, and technical capabilities for our clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to address security gaps and build robust governance frameworks.
- Assess and measure compliance against recognized industry standards, including ISO27001, NIST, CPS 234, and the ACSC Essential 8.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in advisory and technology, specifically within the realms of cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management. We value the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelor degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven experience in cyber risk and strategy projects, such as conducting security risk assessments or facilitating incident response exercises.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, paired with the communication skills necessary to present complex findings to clients.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent client service.
- Fluency in English.
