We are looking for a Senior Analyst of Business Operations to join our internal consulting group. Our team functions as a strategic partner across the organization, working in focused project groups to solve complex business challenges. Key outcomes
- Lead consultative sessions with internal stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide solutions that support revenue growth.
- Perform sophisticated data modeling and data storytelling to generate insights for our Retrospective Claims Auditing business.
- Optimize internal processes to improve reporting efficiency and maximize team utility.
- Develop automated business tools and KPI dashboards to help our operations and yield departments work more effectively.
- Conduct ROI evaluations and opportunity cost analyses to guide resource allocation and capital investments.
- Drive operational accountability by leading monthly and quarterly business reviews that track financial performance and departmental health.
- Collaborate across functions to develop competitive intelligence solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or operational excellence.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
- Strong technical skills in database management and SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, or Power Pivot.
- Proven ability to perform financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business optimization.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on clear data storytelling.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the healthcare or software industries.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts and principles to improve value streams.
Compensation
The base salary for this full-time, on-site position ranges from 80,000 USD to 100,000 USD annually. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and family needs. This includes:
