What you'll be doing

• You will lead the end to end design and implementation of sophisticated AI and machine learning models to analyze complex blockchain datasets at scale.
• You will partner with our product and engineering teams to integrate these models directly into our platform, which will significantly enhance the analytical power available to our users.
• You will keep our technology at the cutting edge by researching the latest advancements in AI and blockchain, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.

What you'll bring

• You have a strong background as an AI/ML Engineer with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• You are highly proficient in Python and have deep experience with major machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• You are familiar with modern AI tools, including LLMs and various APIs or SDKs.
• You possess the ability to work across the full data stack, and any prior experience in data engineering is considered a major advantage.
• You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
• You are a clear communicator who thrives in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• You have a genuine passion for the Web3, crypto, and blockchain space.
• You are fluent in English.
