Senior AI & ML Instructor at Decoded

We are currently looking for a Senior AI & ML Instructor to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in our AI portfolio, including our Level 6 AI Engineer apprenticeship, by teaching, supporting learners, and helping to shape our curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching sessions across our AI workshops, ensuring technical concepts are communicated clearly and effectively to diverse groups of learners.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners by resolving technical queries, offering feedback on projects, and ensuring they successfully progress through their programmes.
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to innovate and develop new learning solutions, ensuring our curriculum remains current and meets the needs of our stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Data Science or a related field, with a strong background in end-to-end machine learning projects.
• Technical proficiency in Python, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Expertise in core machine learning techniques, with a specialty in areas like NLP, generative models, or computer vision.
• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible language.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
