The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior AI ML Engineer to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical strategy, designing and deploying advanced AI systems that integrate seamlessly into enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring that our applications are not only innovative but also highly performant and maintainable. A day in the life

• You will architect and develop scalable Python-based solutions, focusing on performance and long-term maintainability for our core systems.
• You will build and refine Generative AI and RAG systems, integrating these models into enterprise applications to solve complex business challenges.
• You will design and manage workflow orchestration using modern frameworks, ensuring that our data pipelines and AI agents operate with precision and efficiency.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with over five years of experience in Python development. You possess a deep understanding of how to build systems that scale, and you have a proven track record of working with large enterprise datasets. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Expertise in Generative AI, including prompt engineering and the implementation of RAG systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, crewAI, or AutoGen.
• A strong grasp of data engineering practices and the ability to bridge AI models with various enterprise APIs.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication and collaboration.
• Bonus points if you have experience in Machine Learning model development using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
