Key outcomes
- Integrate directly into client teams or work within a FullStack product team to deliver high-impact machine learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and rigorously test machine learning algorithms and models that address complex business challenges.
- Analyze and interpret large-scale data sets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize models within production environments to ensure reliability and performance.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all machine learning models and related processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during development and deployment phases.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, along with hands-on experience using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and inference techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Completion of a four-year college degree.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent ability to meet commitments to clients.
- Capacity to work forty hours per week on a fully remote basis from within Latin America.
