We are looking for a passionate Senior AI Engineer to join our central AI Pod and help us solve the industry's most complex challenges.
What you bring
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in our New York office. You will be instrumental in leveraging Generative AI to optimize healthcare operations and deliver strategic projects. Your core responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining enterprise-wide AI infrastructure while integrating third-party models and tools.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from initial requirements gathering to successful production deployment.
- Mentoring colleagues to improve overall AI fluency and driving innovation across the organization.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of professional experience in software engineering or data science. You should possess a strong command of Python and a deep understanding of statistical fundamentals. We value individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a proven track record of solving complex problems. Experience with prototyping tools and AI frameworks is essential, and we highly value those who enjoy building full-stack applications. A degree in engineering, math, or data science is preferred, and we are particularly interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between rigorous data science and robust software engineering.
What we offer
