The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data Team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our business automation efforts. You will design and implement systems that handle manual tasks, allowing our departments to operate with greater intelligence and speed. You will act as both a builder and a consultant, working across our Marketing, Product, and IT teams to scale our internal capabilities and help us reach our goal of automating 10,000 hours of work over the next two years.

A day in the life

• You will design and maintain production-grade AI pipelines, ranging from automated SEO content generation to building RAG-based systems for internal decision workflows.
• You will implement advanced LLM solutions, including agentic workflows and prompt engineering, while integrating them deeply with our existing infrastructure like our CRM, CMS, and data warehouses.
• You will lead cross-functional initiatives by establishing best practices for AI security, token efficiency, and latency, ensuring our systems are both scalable and cost-effective.

Who you are

You are a pragmatic, results-oriented engineer who loves moving quickly to validate ideas through MVPs. You have a strong background in computer science or data science and possess the following expertise:

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade RAG systems, with deep knowledge of vector databases and retrieval optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing AI agents and orchestrating various commercial or open-source LLMs.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between complex technical AI concepts and the needs of non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, as you will be working in an international environment where our documentation and collaboration are English-first.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a proactive mindset that challenges the status quo to drive real operational value.
