We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom and help us shape the future of creative production.

What you'll be doing

• You will own the full AI lifecycle, taking projects from initial proof of concept through to deployment and continuous evaluation.
• You will design and develop scalable AI solutions, including categorization, summarization, and automated content generation, while leveraging both custom models and existing tools like LLMs and RAG.
• You will collaborate across teams to build robust data pipelines and maintain a hands-on, "you build it, you run it" approach to engineering.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a fluent English speaker with a strong background in software engineering and a passion for generative AI. Your technical toolkit should include:

• Professional experience developing software with Python and Golang.
• A proven track record of using Generative AI to build products that achieve real user adoption.
• Hands-on expertise in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying AI applications using cloud infrastructure like Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience working with both relational and vector databases.
• Familiarity with statistical evaluation techniques such as G-Eval, Bleu, or Perplexity to optimize model performance.
