Senior Agile Coach at Clearview Software

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Agile Coach to join our fast-paced product organization. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding our product owners, technical leads, and directors as we scale our agile frameworks. About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Agile Coach. You will serve as a hands-on mentor and strategist, working directly with our product teams to implement and optimize agile principles. Your focus will be on driving meaningful mindset shifts, removing complex roadblocks, and ensuring our delivery systems are both effective and sustainable across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to establish a culture of measurement, ensuring our delivery systems remain effective and aligned with business goals.
• Provide hands-on coaching to new and existing teams to improve their agile practices and help them navigate complex impediments to change.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on agile frameworks and competencies while identifying opportunities for continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum leadership. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

• Proven expertise in Change Management and organizational transformation.
• A strong background in Engineering environments with a focus on continuous improvement.
• The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical leads to executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence to work closely with our teams.
