The role
We are seeking a Senior Agency Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will act as a strategic partner to insurance agency leaders. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term success of your assigned portfolio. This role is US-based and involves approximately 25% travel to meet with key clients.
Core responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth targets across a portfolio of agency accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for agency leaders, building trust through regular business reviews and a deep understanding of their specific goals.
- Monitor account health and usage trends to proactively address risks and ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Skills and experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in account management, sales, business development, or client success with direct revenue responsibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically within the health insurance industry or directly with health insurance agencies.
- Proven ability to grow revenue through consultative selling and relationship-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and experience with data-driven strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Compensation and benefits
The total cash compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $220,000, which includes a bonus. In addition to this salary, you will receive equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
