What you bring

We are seeking an executive-level Senior Ads Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere. As a key member of our engineering group, you will focus on scaling our global ad network and building new features for our marketing partners. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying robust JavaScript and TypeScript backends to support our ad serving infrastructure.
• Taking full ownership of end-to-end solutions, ranging from database management and AWS infrastructure to front-end administrative tools.
• Utilizing SQL and data analysis to monitor performance and ensure our systems remain reliable as we scale.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of software engineering experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code. We value candidates who are self-motivated and thrive in a distributed team environment. You must be comfortable working within an open-source setting and possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A passion for privacy and security is essential, as is an eye for monitoring and system reliability.
