Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Product. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco, California. You will be a key partner to our leadership, ensuring that our daily operations are efficient, professional, and aligned with our broader business goals.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of executive calendar management, ensuring that time is protected and priorities are always front and center.
- Lead the planning and execution of team events, off-sites, and all-hands meetings to foster a strong culture and keep everyone connected.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing better systems for our team.
What you'll need

- Expertise in managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
