What you bring
In this full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, you will act as a key driver for our brand expansion. You will utilize your expertise in sales, negotiation, and account management to elevate our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of the development and growth of our MONDAY and BEING brands within the UK market.
- Identifying and securing new distribution opportunities and white space to expand our reach for both existing products and upcoming brand launches.
- Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations that integrate product demonstrations, category strategies, and detailed sales data to engage our retail partners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this senior position is a results-oriented professional with at least four years of experience managing top-tier retail accounts in the UK, preferably within the beauty or personal care sectors. You should possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions. We value candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and previous experience in the CPG industry. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable working collaboratively across internal teams to execute ambitious growth plans.
