What is this role?
This is a full-time Senior Account Executive position. The role is open to experienced professionals and is performed entirely remotely, with occasional travel within the United States for team events and strategic sessions.
What will you do?
- Own the full sales cycle by identifying, targeting, pitching, and closing high-value campaigns and partnerships that support both overall business growth and specific verticals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective campaign owners and entrepreneurs, ensuring consistent campaign launches while meeting sales targets and funnel activity metrics.
- Educate entrepreneurs on the value of Indiegogo, nurture leads from initial contact through close, and share market feedback with internal teams to shape marketing and product strategy.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least eight years of client-facing experience, with a strong emphasis on sales. You have deep vertical knowledge, a solid network, and a proven reputation within the hardware and technology space. You have successfully led end-to-end sales cycles involving six- and seven-figure transactions and have worked in a consultative sales capacity for an internet, e-commerce, or marketplace business.
You consistently exceed sales quotas, navigate complex business cycles with confidence, and deliver a positive customer experience while handling objections. Your communication is clear and concise, and you excel at identifying and engaging decision-makers. You are comfortable with prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating value, negotiating, and closing deals, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment that values urgency, adaptability, and a growth mindset. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are essential in our deadline-driven setting.
Experience with high-growth SaaS or crowdfunding platforms, along with proficiency in Salesforce for data organization, is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
What's in it for you?
The annual on-target earnings for this role range from $150,000 to $180,000, combining base salary and variable pay. Final compensation will be based on your experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
