We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive growth across two businesses operating within the real estate appraisal and valuation sector. This is a remote, hunter-focused role where you will build new partnerships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing new accounts and handing them off to our operations team.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using email, phone, and strategic follow-up methods.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to ensure a consistent and predictable sales pipeline.
- Tailor your sales messaging to address the specific compliance requirements and workflows of our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress within our CRM.
- Consistently achieve or exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.
- A proven track record of successfully opening and closing new business accounts.
- Proficiency in consultative discovery calls and high-volume outreach.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and lead follow-up.
- A self-directed and highly organized approach to managing your daily workflow.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience selling into environments that are highly regulated or focused on compliance.
- Direct knowledge of mortgage, banking, lending, or appraisal industry workflows.
Benefits
The base salary for this position is $60,000–$85,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure.
